Ley Farm is close to the sea, yet easy to access and not far from towns such as Exeter, Totnes and Plymouth.

Location

Ley farm is a charming two bed-roomed self contained let tucked away in the beautiful South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty, which has been preserved and nurtured. Spend your day relaxing on a nearby beach or browsing in the towns of Totnes or Salcombe. There are beautiful walks or boat rides from the estuary at Kingsbridge where local seafood can be bought. Fishing is possible on the River Avon and horse riding nearby on Dartmoor.

The Lodge
The Lodge has one double gallery room with an en suite bathroom and sink and leading to another large double room, so sleeps up to four people. Downstairs, there is a fully-equipped galley kitchen and a sitting room with TV, video and open fireplace. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with table and views, and parking in front of the property. The nearest pub and petrol station with store is about a mile away at California Cross, and the nearest beaches are Bigbury and Bantham. The property has spring water.

What else should I know?
Ley Farm is a mixed farm with a variety of animals, such as sheep, and horses. Produce from the farm, which supplies the local pub, is also available. There are a variety of restaurants and pubs close by serving Italian, French and English food, and bar-b-ques are also popular.

Directions
Leave the Devon Expressway (A38) at Wrangaton, then left off the slip road to California Cross (see brown signs). Turn Left before the garage signposted to Moreleigh and after about 1/4 mile take the first left again along a single track road. Go past a white farmhouse, and after shadows, take the next left up to the farm. For map click here
